ABOUT
My parents moved fourteen times before I turned twenty. I loved moving around. Visiting new places imbued me with a thirst for discovery, a sensation I seek in my work with clay. I find myself compelled to make pieces that stand as individuals. I aim for a sense of grace and whimsy in the work, wanting to create objects that feel personal and intimate, that enliven everyday life and communicate a sense of joy and story. I love to teach and have facilitated workshops across the country. You can find my work online at Make and Do, and in person at galleries in Toronto, Ottawa, Almonte and Kingston.
